I think sometimes certain members of staff can make you feel insignificant in comparison to other patients and they should be careful about what they say around certain people, even if they don't mean what they say.

I feel that care plans should be made on a more individual basis and my view as an informal patient and my families view should be taken into account. The staff (nurses and H.C.A) are very helpful and supportive. The timetable is full and keeps me busy, although more could be schedules in on weekends.
